Shipping policy

Unfortunately, due to the increases in freight prices recently to remain competitive and viable we have had to make the difficult decision to set the Minimum Order Value at $250 and offer free shipping on all orders over $500. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

 

Hospitality Products uses a number of couriers as well as Australia Post to ensure the most effective delivery of your order anywhere in Australia. Delivery time is usually from 5 to 10 working days from the date of payment depending on stock availability and your location.

We are a wholesale supplier - dispatch is usually 5 to 10 working days, however we are unable to guarantee delivery estimates.

When you enter your delivery address ensure it is correct as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid on the original dispatch are not refundable under any circumstances.

If any goods you order are not in stock or there is likely to be any delay we will inform you immediately by email.

QLD / NSW / VIC - $30.00 : 2-8 day delivery

ACT / SAc - $35.00 : 5-8 day delivery

WA / TAS / NT - $70.00 : 5-10 day delivery

We offer Free shipping on all orders over $500ex GST to anywhere in Australia.
